Bernard Piprah has been a mental health worker, counsellor and therapist in Vancouver, B.C. for the last 10 years. He’s worked with non-profit organizations, Ministry programs, school districts, health authorities and community residential facilities in B.C. supporting the mental health of Canadians from all walks of life.
In 2020 Bernard opened BKP Counselling & Consulting in Langley, where he operates as owner and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) under the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). He is devoted to the transformative power of holding space for the “difficult conversations and uses an eclectic mix psychotherapy theory to support clients in-person & virtually.
Bernard works with clients of all ages (youth to seniors), all professional backgrounds (high-performance athletes, first responders, educators, healthcare, entertainers and more) who want to develop mental health maintenance towards their troublesome circumstances.
Bernard has full confidence that his non-judgemental, client centered, trauma-informed approach can improve self-regulation, create better awareness and insight to chronic problems, establish healthier routines and move forward with a stronger self-concept.
